We want you to love your Wander Desk monitor. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to return: Email us at support@wanderdeskstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 1-year warranty period, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
